Standard UK Delivery 

Standard delivery is FREE when you spend over £10 or £0.95​ if you spend under £10

Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless a different service is requested.

Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class items within 3 - 5 working days. (NB. Deliveries can take longer than normal at this time of year)

Royal Mail First Class

1st Class delivery is available for £1.49.

1st Class orders will be given priority in our order processing system.

Royal Mail state that 93% of 1st Class post arrives the next working day, but can take up to 3 working days. (NB. Deliveries can take longer than normal at this time of year)

Next Day UK Delivery

Next Day delivery is available for £6.95. 

Orders must be received before 1pm Monday - Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. Weekend delivery is not available.

Orders placed for next day delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a Courier service, depending upon the weight of the parcel.

Please note, Special Delivery may be delivered up to 8pm the following working day. This service is now available for the majority of mainland UK but for some remote areas the next day service may not be possible. Should this situation arise we will try to contact you immediately.

Next Day delivery is not available for Bulk or Personalised orders.

International Delivery

All orders (excluding Personalised Christmas cards) are sent using Royal Mail's Airmail Service. The cost is dependent upon the weight of your order, and its destination. Please note since Brexit, customs duty may need to be paid on your order. Prices vary depending on the destination, please check your countries rules.

The delivery cost for international orders is calculated by the weight of your order and its destination. The total cost of your overseas delivery will be automatically calculated and displayed in the purchase pages for you to review prior to confirming and paying for your order.

International orders for personalised Christmas cards will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, or another international carrier.

Handwritten Message cards

All handwritten message cards are posted 1st Class within the UK on the date you select when placing your order. 

Royal Mail state that 93% of 1st Class post arrives the next working day, but can take up to 3 working days.

Non-UK Handwritten message cards will be sent Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe within 5 working days and worldwide within 7 working days.

Depending on your requested dispatch date, we will charge different amounts for shipping & delivery as follows: 

• Dispatch before 1pm Today (weekdays only) - £2.95
• Dispatch in the next 2 Working Days - £2.50
• Dispatch anytime after that - £1.99

Personalised Cards

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days from proof approval. Personalised card orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked or Courier service.

Please note order processing times for Personalised cards will vary.

Orders will be processed once the proof is approved. We aim to email your proof to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)
